Kareena: Anything for Hrithik!

Kareena claims she "is no hurry to usurp the number one slot", but she does have a plan in place to get there. Her latest strategy is to work with new actors and give the established ones a go by.

Many of the films Bebo has signed in recent times pair her with the likes of Arjun Rampal, Fardeen Khan and John Abraham. The move is understandable since she is no mood to let a strong male co-star steal her thunder. Isn't that why the gal is wary of accepting a film opposite the super talented Vivek Oberoi?

When a producer offered her a film with Vivek, the brash actress is said to have turned up her nose and declared: "But he is going to be a huge star soon." But isn't Hrithik Roshan a big star already? Kareena is currently considering two big budget projects with Hrithik in the male lead. It is clear: when it comes to Hrithik, Bebo has no qualms about flouting her own rules. Need we say more?

Ashok Mehta: Backing Arjun Rampal To The Hilt! Arjun Rampal sure has filmmakers making a beeline for him. Like in the case of Ashok Mehta. Despite his earlier film with Arjun -- 'Moksha' -- not doing well, Mehta is quite upbeat about the model-turned-actor. The proof? He's said to have signed Arjun Rampal for his next project as well. Will he be successful the second time? Well, you'll have to wait a while for that. For Ashok has two more projects which he is working on right now. But what we're impressed about is that he's ready to put his money where his mouth is, in spite of the fact that Arjun hasn't given a hit as yet! Says a lot for a newcomer who has yet to prove himself at the box-office as yet, doesn't it? -
